With a focus on core, pelvic floor, and full-body recovery, each workout is guided by a personal trainer with postpartum training and developed in consultation with a pelvic physiotherapist. Sessions are designed to address your unique postnatal needs, from rebuilding stability to enhancing mobility, while also addressing your overall well-being.
