Our Small Group Classes bring people together in a supportive environment to move, learn, and build confidence. This umbrella includes a variety of specialized exercise and health education programs tailored to different needs and life stages. Explore offerings such as our Learn & Lift Strength Training Foundations Program, Seniors’ Motion and Mobility Program, our Seniors in Motion Program, and the GLA:D osteoarthritis program for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis.
