John Hauser

John Hauser is a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in Biomedical Science (BScH, University of Guelph, 2008) and an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy from Fleming College (2024). He specializes in deep tissue massage, particularly for athletes, and incorporates Swedish, trigger point, and movement-based techniques, along with joint mobilization. John is authorized by the CMTO to perform acupuncture as part of massage therapy treatment after completing the 6-month Acupuncture and Dry Needling program from Meridian Health Education.

John is committed to evidence-based care and has additional training in trauma-informed therapy to ensure a client-centered, supportive approach.

Outside of his clinical work, John is active in his community, serving on the boards of the Kawartha Sexual Assault Centre and the Kawartha Nordic Ski Club.

An avid athlete, he’s competed in rowing, cycling, skiing, and running, and channels that passion into coaching youth and organizing cycling events, from local races to international championships.
