Ivy Foster

Ivy is a dedicated health and fitness professional from Kawartha Lakes with a lifelong passion for movement. With a background in competitive dance and soccer, she followed her interest in human anatomy to St. Lawrence College, graduating with distinction in Fitness and Health Promotion.


Ivy is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner with the Ontario Fitness Council (OFC), holding certifications in older adult fitness, adaptive athlete programming, group exercise, and more. She has also completed training with the Canadian Aquafitness Leaders Alliance Inc. (CALA), earned her CSEP Pre and Postnatal Exercise Specialization, and achieved Level One of the Bone Fit certification.


Ivy’s personal journey with chronic pain following surgery for Chiari Malformation (Type 1) has shaped her compassionate and personalized approach to fitness. She’s passionate about helping others move in ways that feel good and support long-term wellness.


Outside of work, Ivy enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring local cafés, and keeping active with Pilates, yoga, and strength training. She’s also an avid reader—book recs welcome!
