Vega grew up between Peterborough and Hamilton. She attended Fleming College for the Occupational Therapist Assistant & Physiotherapist Assistant program, graduating in 2016. During her studies, Vega gained hands-on experience as an OTA & PTA Student through clinical placements in a variety of healthcare settings, including at Trent Health in Motion.

Vega joined the team at Trent Health in Motion in 2016 as a Physiotherapist Assistant and Clinical Receptionist. By 2018, her strong organizational skills and dedication to client care led her to take on the role of Clinic Office Manager. Vega is known for her friendly nature, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a welcoming clinic environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and her cats.
