Kristin Knill

Kristin is a Registered Physiotherapist who completed her training at the University of Queensland in Australia. She began her career in health and fitness, completing her CSEP Personal Training certification before pursuing a degree in Kinesiology and later Physiotherapy.

Kristin brings a well-rounded and active approach to care, shaped by her experience playing semi-professional soccer in Australia for over 10 years and travelling extensively across the country. These experiences have helped her develop a strong appreciation for movement, resilience, and the importance of staying active at all stages of life.

She is passionate about empowering individuals to better understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery. Kristin combines hands-on therapy with exercise-based rehabilitation and is known for her empathetic, encouraging approach. She enjoys working collaboratively with her clients to find practical, tailored solutions that support long-term outcomes. She is also certified in dry needling, which she incorporates when appropriate to help reduce pain and improve function.
