Ashley graduated as valedictorian from Sir Sanford Fleming College in 2018 with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and has experience working in multidisciplinary settings with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Before becoming a massage therapist, Ashley trained and competed with the Canadian National Rowing Team for ten years, earning a silver medal at the 2012 London Olympics. She uses her athletic background to help clients improve movement, reduce pain, and manage stress through massage therapy. Ashley is based in the City of Kawartha Lakes where she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family.
