Carmen grew up in Peterborough and has always had a love for the arts, attending the visual arts program at P.C.V.S. during high school. After graduating, she spent time traveling through Southeast Asia, with Cambodia and Thailand leaving a lasting impression. In 2015, Carmen pursued her interest in healthcare by enrolling in the Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant program at Fleming College. During her studies, she completed a placement with the team at Trent Health in Motion, where she began working in 2017.

Since then, Carmen’s role has evolved from Physiotherapy Assistant to Clinical Receptionist. In her current position, she brings a unique combination of clinical knowledge and a warm, people-focused approach to support clients and staff alike. Carmen is known for her friendly, welcoming presence and her dedication to client care. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors with her two children, making the most of every season together.
